Understanding Program Statuses
Answer:| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | All program requests start in this status. This status means that we are working on your request. At times you may see a Pending status with a year designation after it. These records are used for our re-enrollment process as part of the continuity of care for patients in our programs. |
| Refer | The patient is being referred to a pharmacy partner in our network. |
| Referred | The patient has been referred to a pharmacy partner in our network. |
| Active | The program is active for this patient, and the patient is in good standing. |
| Jeopardy | The patient is in Jeopardy of losing their benefit in the program. This can be caused by many events, such as compliance with program rules or not using their benefits for a specified time. |
| Nogo/Cancel | Signals a closure of the patient's program based on the reason. See cancel reason for details. |
| Denied | he patient has been denied for this program. See the cancellation reason for explanation. |
